Overview

1. The Practise Membership subscription is debited monthly from your bank card. It’s automatically rolled over for the next month unless you notify us otherwise or cancel the subscription online.

2. You are debited monthly on the same date you subscribe.

3. We can issue you a prorated refund based remaining days of the month to the date of notified cancellation.

4. The membership is subject to room and availability depending on the times listed on the website. Opening hours for use are 7am - 11pm seven days a week. If you book outside general business hours we will send you opening instructions with the lock box code for the key.

5. We generally have 3 rooms available for use: 2, 3 and 5. Room 1 with the grand piano is not included for the membership and needs to be booked separately.

6. You can book 1 hour at a time per session. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a booking, your session may be cancelled.

7. You can book up to four weeks in advance.

8. To book a time go to our room booking page at this link. Enter your membership code and you can then book this room and time for free.

9. You can walk in without booking but can’t guarantee there will be a room/time available.

10. Please be mindful of your end time for the booking as there may be someone after you waiting to use the room.

11. Room availability does not show within a 1 hour window of the current time so to be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.

Whilst on the Premises

1. Be respectful of the space at all times and the people.

2. There is to be no food or drink inside the practise room besides water and not on the piano.

3. Do not place anything besides music and a pencil on the piano as anything else causes damage.

4. If a teacher requires the room or there is another room booking in the room you are required to change to another room, if available, or come back at a later time.

5. The toilet key is to be kept at reception near the front door.

6. There are visitor car parking spaces on the roof available. You’ll need to download the “Cellopark App” which allows 2 hours of free parking. Beyond this time it is charged at $5/hour.

Hygiene Procedures

1. Ensure you have washed your hands in the staff room before using a piano.

2. After you are finished using the piano please wipe down the keys and piano stool with the hydrogen peroxide solution and paper towels in the room provided. Don’t use any other disinfectants on the keys as this can cause damage! Hand sanitizer is provided in the rooms but should be used for hands only!

3. Do not attend the studio if sick. 

4. Rest assured the studio is cleaned daily including door handles and toilet keys.

1. We are open on public holiday.
